2014 COLLECT FOR KIDS ~ SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE

Help us Collect School Supplies for Students in Need

As you are aware, not every student begins the school year with the school supplies they need to make the grade.  Together we can help make a greater difference in the lives of our students.  All school supplies collected will be distributed to students in need at the beginning of the school year.

Please click here for drop off locations and general supply lists.  Additional details can also be found on the Apple Federal Credit Union website at https://www.applefcu.org/AppleWeb/CollectForKids. If you need additional information please contact the Public Information Office at (540) 658-6000.
2014 SUGGESTED SUMMER READING

Below is a link to our 2014 Summer Reading Lists.  Please be advised that although the summer reading lists were designed with your child’s rising grade level in mind, don’t feel limited to only those titles. The books listed are just suggestions; keep in mind that wonderful titles exist on the lists both above and below your child’s grade. There are also wonderful titles that are not on the list at all! Some books may be best read aloud, others may be read independently. It all depends on your child’s individual interests and background knowledge.
